When can I expect to get my Skafos.ai Insights & Optimization Reporting?

You will receive the reporting via email format. You will receive your first report near the end of your trial period to understand the engagement metrics of the tile app.  You will also receive a follow-up report after 30 days. Your reporting cadence will then move to either quarterly, monthly, or weekly depending on what pricing tier you have. 

  • STARTER= Quarterly: First day of the new calendar quarter
  • PRO= Monthly: First day of the month
  • ADVANCED= Weekly: Every Monday

We do plan to integrate real-time reporting into the Shopify dashboard in 2021.
